Not because the demand isn't there. Because the software costs more than a small operator can raise, and the platforms that already have it would rather you worked for them.
Uber, Grab, Bolt, DiDi and Lyft control the overwhelming majority of global ride-hailing. Everywhere they operate, they set the commission and they keep the customer.
A credible customer app, driver app, admin panel and website takes six to twelve months and a full engineering team before you move a single passenger.
The giants only chase dense, high-margin metros. Tens of thousands of towns and secondary cities have real demand and zero digital ride infrastructure.
Drive volume through someone else's app and you build their brand, their customer list and their data. You are a supplier, not an operator.
Why Omei
The platforms that own ride-hailing will not sell you their software. We will — under your brand, in two weeks.

Every operator gets the whole set. There is no tier where the admin panel or the website is held back as an upsell.
iOS · Android · Web
The app your customers download, with your name, your icon and your colours — published in your own App Store and Play Console accounts.
iOS · Android
Everything a driver needs to go online, accept work and get paid — including the destination and the fare before they accept.
Web
The business behind the apps: who drives, what they earn, what you keep, and how the whole operation is performing.
Web
The public face of your brand on your own domain — where riders find you, drivers apply to you, and both are sent to your app to book.
Rides, bidding, rentals and delivery run on one platform and one driver pool. Add a vertical when you are ready for it, not when a second vendor sells you one.
Included in every plan
The core marketplace: matching, live tracking, fare calculation, cancellations, ratings and receipts. Everything needed to run point-to-point trips at city scale.
How it worksGrowth and above
Let riders name a price and drivers counter-offer, the model that wins in price-sensitive markets. Set floors, ceilings and how many bids a rider sees.
How it worksGrowth and above
Hourly, daily and weekly vehicle rental running on the same fleet and the same app — with deposits, damage reports and handover checklists.
How it worksMulti-vertical
Parcels, food and errands dispatched to the same drivers between passenger trips. One fleet, two revenue lines, no second app to maintain.
How it worksLocal gateways
Cards, wallets, cash and the local gateways your market actually uses — plus commission splits, driver wallets, tips and automated payouts.
How it worksScale
Trip, revenue and driver-performance reporting, exportable, with API access so your own systems can read and write against the platform.
How it worksWe integrate and configure them; we do not resell them. Every account below is registered to your company and billed to you directly, which is what makes the platform genuinely yours.
The platform is already built and already proven. You are configuring it for your market, not commissioning it from scratch — which is why this takes weeks instead of quarters.
Days 1–2
We walk through your market, vehicle categories, fare structure and commission model on one call, then configure your platform against it. You send us your logo, colours and app names.
Days 3–7
Rider and driver apps are compiled with your identity, your splash screens and your store listings. Payment gateways for your country are connected and tested end to end.
Days 8–11
We submit to Apple and Google under your developer accounts, and you run real test trips on staging — booking, matching, payment, payout and cancellation.
Days 12–14
Your drivers are onboarded, documents verified and your office staff trained on the admin panel. Then you switch on and take your first real booking — with our team watching the first week with you.
Aggregators take your margin. Marketplace scripts leave you unsupported. We sell you software, charge a flat fee for it, and stay out of your business model.
Your name, your logo, your colours, your app listings. Nothing in the customer or driver app tells your customers that Omei exists.
Apple Developer, Google Play, payment gateway, maps and SMS accounts are all created in your name and stay in your name. If you ever leave, they leave with you.
A flat monthly fee. Whether you run two hundred trips a month or two hundred thousand, we take none of your commission.
Not a script you buy once and watch rot. Maintenance and platform updates are part of every plan, including Launch.
Rides, rentals and delivery on one platform and one driver pool — no second vendor, no second app to maintain.
Our team has built and shipped mobility platforms across ten countries. You get the patterns that worked and the ones that did not, without paying for the lesson.
Aggregators take your margin. Scripts and clone SaaS vendors leave you locked in or unsupported. Omei is a white-label partner — your brand, your data, your credentials.

Operators do not need another vendor demo. They need to know the thing gets built, gets supported, and arrives when it was promised. These are the people who have already been through it with us.

Two weeks from order to your first real booking
The same platform with the cap taken off, for a fleet that is past its first few cars.
Add bidding, rentals and local payments once the base business is moving.
Multi-city operations, API access and a team accountable to an SLA.
A vertical we have not built, a workflow that does not exist yet, or an app that is entirely your own idea.
Plus a one-time $1,000 setup fee. Every account and credential stays owned by you.
Quoted per scope after a scoping call — no revenue share, and what we build for you is yours.
A branded customer app, a branded driver app, an admin panel and a branded website, running on infrastructure we maintain. The fee covers hosting, maintenance, platform updates and support. There is a one-time $1,000 setup charge, and no revenue share on top of any plan.
Two weeks from a signed order to your apps submitted and your first drivers onboarded, provided you supply your brand assets, developer accounts and payment gateway credentials in the first few days. Apple and Google review times are outside our control, which is the one variable we cannot compress.
Yours. The apps go into your Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts, under your company name. Your riders and drivers never see the word Omei anywhere in the product.
No. You keep one hundred percent of the commission you charge your drivers. Our revenue is the flat monthly fee and nothing else — the economics of your business stay entirely with your business.
You take it. Riders, drivers, trips and transactions are exported to you in a standard format on request, and the accounts you own — stores, gateways, API keys — were always in your name, so they simply stay with you.
