A branded customer app, a branded driver app, an admin panel and a branded website, running on infrastructure we maintain. The fee covers hosting, maintenance, platform updates and support. There is a one-time $1,000 setup charge, and no revenue share on top of any plan.
Two weeks from a signed order to your apps submitted and your first drivers onboarded, provided you supply your brand assets, developer accounts and payment gateway credentials in the first few days. Apple and Google review times are outside our control, which is the one variable we cannot compress.
Yours. The apps go into your Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts, under your company name. Your riders and drivers never see the word Omei anywhere in the product.
No. You keep one hundred percent of the commission you charge your drivers. Our revenue is the flat monthly fee and nothing else — the economics of your business stay entirely with your business.
You take it. Riders, drivers, trips and transactions are exported to you in a standard format on request, and the accounts you own — stores, gateways, API keys — were always in your name, so they simply stay with you.
Yes, from the Growth plan. Rent-a-car and delivery run on the same platform and the same driver pool, so drivers can take parcels between passenger trips and you monetise a fleet you are already paying for.
Configuration — vehicle categories, fare rules, commission, zones, languages, currencies and payment gateways — is included in every plan. Anything beyond configuration is a Custom build: a module we have not written, an integration with a system you already run, or a whole separate app from your own idea. We scope it, quote it per project, and what we build for you is yours.
Stripe and PayPal globally, plus the local gateway your market runs on — SSLCommerz, Razorpay, Flutterwave and others. Tell us your country on the demo call and we will confirm before you commit to anything.
No. The admin panel is built for operations people, not engineers. Most of our operators run day to day with an operations person and a manager, and come to us for anything platform-level.
The Scale plan deploys to dedicated infrastructure in a region you nominate. If you outgrow even that, talk to us — we would rather have that conversation openly than build a business on lock-in.
